able to attend meetings

- Jennifer Stanton new contact for the
Town of Dryden. Question was raised as to how rec
program works with the TOD.
Reception to meet & greet November 17th
- flyers are out and yellow posters are
up - signs around town
- boards need to be fixed, would like to
set up work session to fix them
Adult:

Travel Teams: TCSA is growing
with girls teams, they are trying to get Ithaca more involved in it
Doug Hoyt attended the BCSA
meeting. There is a logo contest in progress. Changing the logo
on the
spring t-shirts
and books. Christmas is the deadline. BCSA has a new secretary
and will send the
meeting notes.
Christmas party December 21st - will have pizza and chicken wings.
Calcio Legends
will be splitting
off and forming a new club. Bill Campbell will try to start the summer
rec league and it
will be co-ed.
Tournaments will be available Thanksgiving and Christmas time. Two
Rivers is folding.

Old Business/Unresolved Issues
- spring fundraising tournament cannot have traditional weekend.
- first aid training tabled until next meeting
New Business/General Topics
- proposed to help finance the spectator bus to go to the high school boys
sectional game
- Travel Team Tryouts - prepare a mission statement
- have all teams to have
tryouts
- run ads in paper for the
tryouts
- By Laws
- need to update bylaws
- committee to make sure
all changed bylaws are listed and legally done
- tabled until next meeting
Issues Voted on and Results
- motion was voted on and passed to have the tournament one day only and
stay indoors for this year
- motion was voted on and passed to set aside $1,000.00 for the spectator
bus to the Dryden Boys Varsity Soccer team for the
Sectionals
