Coordinators Reports
Registrar:
- handed out tentative rosters to coaches present
- need team names for some
teams
- need coaches passes to
be current, registrar needs to sign disclosure forms
Treasurer:
- very little activity - anyone making a deposit needs to let Evan
know. It is easier to track money.
- needs to know why it is
being deposited, not just dollar amount.
- deposit forms are on the
website
- teams fees are to be run
through the coaches
Facilities:
Chris Durkee reported
- tentative schedules are
out for the teams to practice
- remember, everything is
subject to change

time will be noon until 6pm in the gym, registration forms online

Travel Teams: BCSA - no report,
TCSA - getting more organized, seminars for coaches. Meetings are 1st
of the month

Uniforms:
- motion of jersey or t-shirt for travel teams be purple and white
and have the Dryden club logo on it from
one supplier. Motion was passed.
- motion to purchase just
jerseys and t-shirts without the shorts and socks. Motion passed.
Shorts will be
purchased on your own and socks are available at Kleins.
- motion to purchase the
Estonia style for the jerseys. Adult jersey $30.00, $29.00 for youth.
Motion passed.
- t-shirts will be from
PSP, when ordering have size with the number ready. $6 each for
purple.
- return old uniforms that
have been outgrown to Ken to redistribute to anyone needing a particular
style of uniform.
- place orders with Ken
asap for jerseys, we are short on time.

DVD of the soccer teams and history of the soccer club, how we got
started

who we are and what we provide
- would like to attach the
DVD to the website
- interest in a "DRYDEN SOCCER
CLUB" only banner
- we could donate a banner
to the schools for publicity
