Minutes of May 10, 2004 Meeting
Minutes were discussed and approved.
Coordinators Reports
Registrar:
Nothing new to report.
Treasurer:
Doug reported an account balance of $7,945.15. He will provide
a final tournament balance
at the next
meeting.
Facilities:
Peggy reported the school's new building coordinator, Judy June,
is on staff and ready to go.
Coach/Ref: Three
coaches took the E license course recently: Janine Bennett, Tara Jenne
and
Joelle Horton.

Rec League: Nothing
to report.
Adult:
Robin says they have a team in the Ithaca League and
are looking for some women players.
When they don't have
games scheduled they continue to play on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Travel Teams: Nothing to
report.
Equipment:
Nothing to report.
Uniforms:
Nothing to report.
Website:
Peggy says she tries to keep it as up to date as possible.
Publicity:
Possibly set up table at Sertoma, although it has not been
productive in the past. Hope to
put ad in District
Bulletin. Flyers to be distributed at Summer Camp.
Old Business/Unresolved Issues
1. Club Fundraisers (Readers Digest).
2. "Mom and Pop" Referee session.
3. Tournament report to NYSWYSA.
4. Club history on website.
5. Club officers be "recognizable" at tournaments.
6. Sports therapist to come and speak at the September meeting.
7. Two practices a week for travel teams, possibly buy time at The
Field.
New Business/General Topics
1. Tim Wiese will get costs from both The Field and the new facility in Cortland
for future discussion.
2. Two practices a week for travel teams, possibly buy time at The Field.
3. Move officer elections to end of January - positions still would
take effect July 1.
4. In the TCSA Fall League, two DSC sponsored teams have shown interest
thus far.
5. Change bylaws to create "Officer in Waiting" positions.
6. Need to fill Facilities and Jr. Rec League Coordinator positions.
Issues Voted on and Results
1. Discussed and agreed to allow Kiwanis to move the DSC storage shed
from Covenant Love to the High School
to borrow.
2. New Officers elected:
