Dryden Soccer Club Minutes
October 14, 2002

Tim Wiese opened the meeting by welcoming the coaches who attended, some for the first time.
Minutes of September meeting
Approved, with the correction that Anne Landon spells her first name with an "e".
Minutes of August meeting
As Bill Turner had missed the September meeting, the August minutes had not been approved. They were approved.
Coordinators Reports
Coaching - Tim Wiese welcomed the coaches who attended the meeting.
Adult Program - Bill Turner reported that adult indoor soccer would begin November 1. The last scheduled game of the outdoor season is November 2. Teri Keegan confirmed that the adults were scheduled in the school gyms for November 1 and 3.
Treasurer - Doug Hoyt presented a written report.
Equipment - Jeri-Ann Bush needs to completely restock the first aid kits. The question was raised whether there is ice available at the Field, so that the ice packs would not need to be constantly restocked.
Rec Leagues - The Intermediate and Senior Rec leagues will start Jan. 11, after Anne Landon returns from vacation. Teri Keegan is working to reserve gym times.
Facilities - Teri Keegan reported that she has encountered difficulties in scheduling with the school. Ralph is currently scheduling on a monthly basis, not by season. Tim Wiese and Teri will pursue this, probably by making an appointment to meet with Ralph.
Coaches need to contact Teri ASAP about their desires for practice times!
