Attendees: Bill Turner, Janet Weise, Jeri-Ann Bush, Peggy Westerling, Tim Weise, Cindy LaLonde.
Formation Of Separate Youth Soccer Club
Bill Turner discussed the disassociation at the last meeting. Before presenting the motion to the table for a vote he would first like to review the proposal with the members of the Ithaca United Soccer Club. They are also considering this possibility and the arguments for and against the proposals. Bill will attend the Ithaca meeting to hear the arguments. Further discussion to follow at the next meeting.

Bill Turner will draft a revision of the list of coordinators to be adopted for the bylaws at the next meeting. Peggy Westerling has a list of the parents who offered to volunteer on last year’s sigh-up sheets. She will contact them to see if there are any people who would be interested in filling the vacant positions. Current DSC members will try to affirm the above positions.
Recruitment Of New Members
Peggy will send a list of the people who volunteered on the sign-up sheets to the coaches and managers.
Tim suggested dividing the meeting into the officers agenda and then a portion for the coaches.
Tim will check with Jim Drew about placing an article in the District Bulletin about the DSC.
General mailing to all previous travel team members.
Suggestion to have a booth at all Sertoma team games.
