The meeting of April 14 was unofficial due to the lack of a quorum.
Coordinators Reports
Adult Program - Bill Turner reported that the indoor season is over, and the Adult group has moved to outdoor play. He is looking for more women for Dryden’s Coed team in the IUSC league. He also has finally received the insurance certificates from Bennemarc, and gave them to Peggy.
Registrar - Peggy has one inquiry from a coach planning a fall team. She will bring a form for the Fall registration to the next meeting to be revised as noted.
Referees and Coaching - Tim reported on the referees’ organization. He did receive a report from Mike Cheatham on yellow and red cards issued for winter play.
New Business
Referee Reports - Tim discussed issues with referee reporting of infractions. His observation is that reporting is not very accurate with regard to cards, making it problematic to enforce Club disciplinary policies.
Scholarships - Bill and Rob had discussed the financial situation of the Adult group following the end of the indoor season, and decided to transfer $800.00 from the Adult program balance to the Scholarship fund. Of this, $240.00 has been requested already, leaving funds available for scholarships for the summer soccer camp.
